Requirements for booking
We require a 40% deposit at the time of booking. As we get booked very fast and want to make sure we are available for your event and will not book for anyone else.
Payment methods
You can pay via check, cash, ACH, credit card, and Paypal.
Insurance and Safety
We are fully insured, the children’s safety is our top priority! Our train is filled with Green Technology, making the experience smooth, unique, and most importantly harmful.
We understand that unexpected situations come up, these could be changing your date, time, location, etc. We will work with you in accommodating these requests, as customer satisfaction is also our main priority. If unfortunately for some reason the event must be cancelled, we must be advised in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, and any security deposit will be fully refunded. If the 14 day policy is not met, any security deposit will be forfeited. Please be advised that the ONLY exception on our cancellation policy is the rain, as South Florida has many unanticipated weather changes, which affect the operations of the Catabella Express train.
